Sam Rabi
Gas station operator & industry advisor
I’m Sam Rabi, a gas station operator, industry advisor and co-owner of Aladdin Market. I know that owning a station involves more than the fuel pumps. The store, the people and the everyday operating decisions all matter.
I work with buyers exploring opportunities, owners considering a sale and operators thinking about how to improve or expand. My first step is to understand your situation and what you want to achieve. Then we can talk about what is worth looking at more closely.

My perspective comes from running the business.
A gas station has a lot of moving parts. Fuel is one part of it, but so are the store, the staff, the suppliers and the customers who come back every day. Those details matter when you are deciding whether to buy, sell or make a change.
My experience includes evaluating locations, working through operating decisions, growing convenience-store sales and dealing with fuel agreements. It gives me a practical starting point when I speak with other owners and people looking to enter the industry.

Aladdin Market is part of that experience.
As a co-owner of Aladdin Market, I have been involved in a business that brings fuel, groceries and food together. That mix is a reminder that a station is not just somewhere to fill up. The store and the way it serves its customers matter too.
You can learn more about my involvement in individual properties through the portfolio. Each entry gives the location and explains my role.
Here is how I approach the work.
I start by listening.
A first-time buyer and an owner preparing to sell need different things. I want to understand your plans before talking about possible next steps.
I look beyond the property.
The location matters, but I also want to understand the operation: how the store works, what the business needs and what ownership would involve.
I value useful connections.
Nobody handles every part of this industry alone. When a question needs another kind of expertise, the right introduction can help. Legal, tax and other licensed professional matters belong with qualified specialists.
What would you like to discuss?
If you are looking at a station, thinking about selling or working through an operating question, I would be glad to hear from you. Send a short description of your situation and the best way to reach you.
